Each year food companies, supermarket chains, chefs and excited shoppers descend on the Auckland Showgrounds in Greenlane for the Food Show. It’s where I go to discover food trends and specialty products.
Health and wellness have now turned the corner to become mainstream. I saw lots of quinoa, chia, hemp seeds and pumpkin products all boasting super food qualities.

The weather was terrible, as i park my car it started buffeting down, thunder and lightning, the works. i felt a little off, my eyes were a bit sensitive – 1 1/2 hours in I knew I had to leave, stupid headache.
